Payables has to go off the 'Add Receipt' list once bill is saved. Has to be available if partially billed. Add back to the list in case bill is deleted.
Right now it is happening only after posting of the bill. It is confusing users to see the payables which are billed.
Also it allows adding the same receipt to the same bill multiple times. Should check if the internal receiptid is added more than once in a bill on saving.
