Add a column for due date on the Bills Screen

Description Add   * Due date * amount due * cleared flag * Cleared date   to the bill search screen !pastedImage_d44483_0.png! Delta will need this screen to have a column that displays the due date so that when they export to excel they can see this information. I think that this would be beneficial for all customers to be able to sort or filter by the due date.   If they dont want to see it they can just hide it. Since we are allowing export like we do now I think we need to have as much information avaliable for flexibility. The default layout does not need to show this column.   !pastedImage_d44483_1.png!
