Bill wont process if a default location is not setup in user profile

Description * Default the AP account from the location on the PO. * If the AP account changes as a customer it would change by locaiton - ** we should default the location on both bill entry and bill creation from po to the AP account from the location on the PO - ** if it is just bill entry we should default it from the locaiton on the bill.     Bill wont process if a default location is not setup in user profile. Added another location than the PO & Receipt location and bill processed. Not sure why this setup is mandatory. Bill should look at Receipt Location to process. The message does not say what is the actual cause. This willl create a help desk ticket.   How do we set this for all CAB users? [~george.olney]     We should set a default location for all cab users this will correct the issue -     for 15.4 we should use the AP based upon the location on the po - not on the user. this will make more sense.     !pastedImage_d43140_0.png!
