Steps: Create PO/Bill > Select tax group
Issue: Selected tax group has a code with 0.004 rate
!pastedImage_d42943_0.png! When applied to PO/Bill, displayed tax is 0.00 if Ordered Qty is 1 and Cost is 100.00. Open Taxes screen and focus on Tax Amount, computed tax is 0.004.

Acceptance Criteria: Tax field should show complete tax amount up to 6 decimal places.
