Create a procedure that when a purchase contract is saved to a purchase order that the Scheduled Qty is increased.
Available = Balance -Scheduled.
Available Qty can not be less than zero. Saving the PO should be prevented if the received quantity would reduce the available qty below zero.
Posting the PO will reduce the Balance and the Scheduled Qty of the purchase contract.
