We would import origin bills. After import a message "failed" message pops up. Nothing is brought in, and we've deleted the data in aptrxmst.
1. We need program fix
2. I need a script to re-insert transactions from import backup tables into the import tables so we can import into bills.
3. after program fix, during qc please verify the data that is imported. I was informed by customer that it use to import with $0 when the failed message did not occur.
