*This issue relates to i21 Help Desk ticket:* [HDTN-340396 - Finalizing Prov. Voucher runs into "Warning - BL-254 has invalid amount due!!"
Steps:
# Create basis contract
# Process contract to load shipment.
# Create provisional voucher
# Price the contract, price should be lesser that the price from LS.
# Finalized the voucher
# From the created voucher, click "Post" button.
Issue:
Error occurs below.

Acceptance:
When clicking "Post" button, do not continue to post, instead, show below message from the user.
"Unable to post final voucher. Please click 'Convert to Debit Memo instead".
