1. Create PO > add misc line (no item linked)
2. Input cost and qty

Item summary from footer is populated. There is no item linked on this PO or on the selected PO grid

*Acceptance* :
Do not populate the item summary from PO footer if the PO (grid line selected) is not linked to an item.
If it's linked, populate the item summary based on the item stock (this is working)
