Issue: Upon saving created bill pop error will appear regarding.
Steps to Reproduce the issue:
1. Go to Purchasing > Bill
2. Create New bill without bill details.
3. Save the Bill
4. Open the created Bill
5. Input Bill Details and Save the transaction.
