*Steps* :
1. Open vendor > Go to Vendors - Taxing tab
2. Import Exemption from csv
*Issue* :
Imported data 'Start Date' is incorrect. It is copying the End Date

*Acceptance* :
Start Date should be the Start Date from the import file.
