Show Totals is not working on Payment screen on AP
*Steps* :
1. Go to Purchasing (A/P) > Activities > Payments
2. Go to Pay Voucher Details tab
3. Check Show Totals checkbox on lower right corner of the screen
*Acceptance* :
Show Totals should work on ayment screen on AP
