Framework change for 15.3 will allow the customer to export the check selection menu.
When they do that they would like to be able to filter only the selected items - since this is not an active grid column we need to adjust so we can filter only selected.
*Acceptaence criteria:*
*Customer would like to be able to export to excel the bills they have selected for payment.*
Go to the pay bills screen - select one item by using the checkbox
filter so the screen only shows the bill selected.
Need to filter by selected checkbox
