Description Steps:   1. To set default Bank Account: [http://inet.irelyserver.com/display/QC/Setting+up+Default+Bank+Account]   2. Creating Payment: [http://inet.irelyserver.com/display/QC/Bill+Entry+-+Pay+Now] (use any of the 4 scenarios)     Issue: Default bank account is not displayed in Pay Bills Detail Ban k Account field.     Acceptance Criteria: Selected default Bank Account should be displayed
