*Steps* :
1. Purchasing > Vouchers > New > Post
2. Pay Voucher Details > New > Create Payment for the created voucher
3. Adjust Date Paid earlier than voucher post date
3. Post Payment
*Issue* : Date paid should not be earlier than voucher post date
*Accepted* : Warning message/validation should appear that date paid is earlier that post date.
