Add a field in Company config under purchase Details of charges 71A which will display default constant value " SHA " which means the bank charges are shared between the Beneficiary and the Wama ( Payor )

The user Should be able to modify the Details of Charges in the pay voucher details if he wants to change them during the payment process.
