*Steps* :
1. Create new voucher > Post
2. Create Load Shipment > Add costs (Warehousing) > Click Voucher button from Costs tab
*Issue* :
Cannot create voucher for cost. Error message:

*Acceptance* :
Voucher should be created for the Load Shipment
