*Steps:*
1. Customer can not import Vouchers after UPGRADE from 17.1 to 20.1
2. Purchasing > Import > Import Vouchers from Origin
3. Set Date Range From 4/1/2022 to 4/26/2022
*Issue:*
Error states
Cannot insert the value NULL into column int1099Category table
*Accepted:*
Importing vouchers from Origin should be successful.
