Issue: Console error prompts when opening Pay Bills Detail screen both for new and existing.

** For existing transaction, it just keeps on loading.
Acceptance Criteria:
1. No console error
2. For new transaction, show bills of selected vendor on grid
3. For existing transaction, show details of existing transaction.
